At KanhaUniverse.com, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. We currently ship across India and strive to ensure that every spiritual toy and Kanha collectible reaches your doorstep with utmost care and devotion.


1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen logistics delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499:

    • Flat Shipping Fee of ₹49 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional ₹30 COD fee, which will be displayed at checkout.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking ID and link to track your shipment.

You can also track your order status at any time from your My Orders section under your account on KanhaUniverse.com.


4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as:

  • Delhivery

  • India Post

  • XpressBees

All shipments are fully trackable, and most deliveries are contactless.


5. Order Packaging

Every product is securely packed using tamper-proof packaging. Fragile items like Kanha idols or handcrafted collectibles are bubble-wrapped and boxed to ensure no damage in transit.

In case your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Delivery Locations

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.


7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If our courier partner is unable to deliver the product due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for a second attempt.

  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, the item will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed after deducting applicable return shipping charges.


8. Custom Orders or Bulk Gifts

For bulk gifting, event orders, or custom packaging, please write to us at orders@kanhauniverse.com or call us at. Custom delivery timelines will be communicated based on quantity and destination.
