1) Order Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.

2) Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Confirmed for processing
  • Packed or prepared for dispatch
  • Dispatched or shipped
  • Marked as “Out for Delivery”

Orders involving special packaging, limited editions, or customised preparations may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

3) Refunds for Cancelled Orders (Pre-Dispatch)

  • 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days.

Payment gateway timelines may vary; final credit date depends on your bank/card issuer.

4) If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund / Return Policy for next steps (if applicable).

5) International Orders

  • Currency conversion charges are non-refundable.
  • Payment gateway or intermediary bank charges are non-refundable.

6) Payment Failures / Duplicate Payments (Razorpay)

  • Debited but order not confirmed
  • Debited twice due to technical error
  • Payment stuck in pending state

Share your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

7) Seller-Initiated Cancellation

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical error
  • Product unavailability
  • Failed quality checks
  • Incomplete address or unreachable customer
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

If cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed automatically.
