1) Eligibility for Refunds

  • The order was cancelled within the eligible cancellation window and before dispatch.
  • The order was cancelled by Kanha Universe due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (subject to verification).

2) Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered.
  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Orders placed during special promotions, festive sales, or limited editions (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • International orders involving customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges.

3) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be offered at our discretion, based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

4) Refund Process & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (Razorpay, cards, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • The credited amount may reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5) Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions (Razorpay)

In rare cases where a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, or debited more than once due to a technical error, please contact us with your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference.

After verification, the eligible refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6) International Orders

  • Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency.
  • Payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, and intermediary bank charges are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties and taxes paid at the destination are not refundable.

7) Seller-Initiated Refunds

Kanha Universe reserves the right to initiate refunds in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Failed quality checks
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address details

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated automatically.

8) Final Decision

All refund decisions are made with fairness, transparency, and respect for the sanctity of our offerings. Kanha Universe reserves the final right to approve or decline refund requests in accordance with this policy.
