At KanhaUniverse.com, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. We currently ship across India and ensure that every spiritual toy and Kanha collectible reaches your doorstep with utmost care and devotion.
1. Delivery Timelines
We process and dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹30 COD fee.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking ID and link. You can also track your order anytime through the My Orders section on KanhaUniverse.com.

All shipments are fully trackable, and most deliveries are contactless.
5. Order Packaging
Every product is securely packed using tamper-proof packaging. Fragile items such as Kanha idols and handcrafted collectibles are bubble-wrapped and boxed for protection.
In case your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours.
6. Delivery Locations
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will attempt a second delivery.
After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges.
